Spiced Lemon Rose Bath Tea

Spiced Lemon Rose Bath Tea is a toxic free rendition of a bath bomb.  We start by dehydrating fresh coconut then combining mixed salts, yellow roses, honey, fern, and essentials oils.
 
This bath tea is perfect for boosting energy and embracing intellect.
 
Instructions: Fill water in the bathtub base, then drop the bath tea bag in the water.  Soak in the water and softly massage the skin above your belly button for about five minutes to release any stagnant energy in the body.  Next, bend both knees and bring them up towards your chest then inhale for 3 seconds and hold your breath in.  Release your knees from the position, then exhale deeply for 5 seconds while making a sighing sound.  Repeat until you are satisfied.
 
 
Cleanup: When finished bathing, drain water from bathtub base.  Squeeze 1 wedge of grapefruit into 1 tbsp of sea salt and combine with warm water.  Drizzle entire mixture in the bath tub, then wipe with wash cloth and rinse a few times until no residue is left in the tub.
